Real Estate
The real estate services we provide include representation in landlord-tenant matters such as lease disputes, evictions, and non-payment of rent. We also represent clients who are buying and selling property, and we will draft and review purchase/sale agreements, attend closings and deal with any issues that arise, including litigation as necessary. We handle oil and gas matters including title opinions and quiet title actions.
Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice
We work with clients who have suffered injuries as a result of a car accident, slip and fall, dog bite, or as the result of medical malpractice or nursing home negligence. On our clients' behalf we negotiate with the insurance company to make sure your claim is handled properly and that the you are being treated fairly. When necessary, we enlist the help of experts to help us understand your case, including the extent of the injuries suffered and whether the doctor or nursing home acted negligently.
Personal injury and medical malpractice cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. This means that you do not pay any attorneys' fees unless we recover damages for you.
Family Law
We handle all aspects of divorce, including helping the divorcing coupe to identify and divide the marital assets, determine child custody arrangements that are in the best interest of the child, and assess the need for and level of spousal support. We often work with unmarried couples to help determine the paternity of a child as part of child custody and child support cases.
We work with those who have been charged in Oklahoma with crimes at either the misdemeanor or felony level. We have a broad range of experience in criminal matters, representing clients facing charges for, among other things, DUI/DWI, drug crimes, theft, and domestic violence.
