Blake A. Hayes

Mr. Hayes represents individuals, families and businesses in all aspects of the law including general civil and criminal litigation, personal injury, family law and business transactions.

Mr. Hayes has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases, auto accidents, slip and falls, and other personal injury claims. He has also defended property and casualty insurance carriers against injury and professional negligence claims. He represents individuals and businesses in litigation related to breach of contract, real estate transactions, and landlord/tenant disputes.

Mr. Hayes is skilled in family law matters including divorce, alimony, child custody and support, and paternity suits. He also routinely represents people charged with criminal offenses at the misdemeanor and felony level including DUI/DWI, drugs, domestic violence, and theft cases. In addition, Mr. Hayes performs title examination and curative work for oil and gas companies and land owners.

Mr. Hayes grew up in Arlington, Texas and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005.
